Meet Michelle.
Rooted in Grimsby. At home with a guitar, a great song, and an audience.
Familiar songs.
A sound of her own.
Michelle Hedley is a singer, songwriter and acoustic guitarist whose repertoire moves between folk, rock, pop and country. Her sets put a personal twist on favourite songs, balancing laid-back acoustic warmth with a rock edge.
Her covers range from Tom Petty, Neil Young and Johnny Cash to Alanis Morissette, The Cranberries, The Lumineers and Chris Stapleton.
You’ll find her performing solo, alongside fiddle player Natalie Walker in Hedley & Walker, and on lead vocals with Stone House Road.
A latecomer to the music scene, Michelle has built an impressive career in just over a decade. What began with a local cover band quickly evolved into a thriving solo career, along with a number of musical collaborations that have allowed her to explore a wide range of styles and sounds.
Michelle is also stepping into her next chapter as an original artist, beginning to share her own music and songwriting with audiences.
